Pro plan fees are collected automatically via Stripe at the start of each billing period: a one-time setup (€1000), then $200/month, plus $0.32 per started minute of call time. Enterprise is custom-priced.
What does “per started minute” mean?
Call usage rounds up to the next whole minute. For example, a 1:10 call is billed as 2 minutes.
Which booking platforms do you integrate with?
We connect to most modern booking systems via API or secure webhooks. If your system is custom, we’ll provide a lightweight spec for your developer or build a custom connector on the Enterprise plan.
Can the AI hand off to a human mid-call?
Yes. The agent can warm-transfer calls to a direct line or team queue, leave notes, and send a summary to your inbox or CRM.
How do you handle languages and accents?
